SHIPPING:
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the product and the customer's delivery location. We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping and $25 for express shipping on the majority of items. For items classified as heavy, we provide a range of shipping options, selecting from the most cost-effective rates available through multiple couriers.
Should a postage fee be incorrectly applied during online checkout, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we may investigate and rectify the issue.

Next Business Day Dispatch
Customers will receive an email notification upon dispatch of their order, containing all relevant tracking information. Updates to the status of your delivery will be reflected via the tracking number provided on the courier’s website.
While we endeavour to deliver within the stated timeframes, please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, particularly during periods of high demand, such as promotional and sale events. Additionally, dispatch may be delayed if payment or address verification is required.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions for monitoring the progress of your delivery.
We recommend utilising the tracking tool provided through our shipping partner, Shippit, for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information. Please be aware that, in certain instances, parcels may be processed and dispatched from alternative locations, which will be reflected in the tracking updates.
Click & Collect
Our complimentary Click & Collect service is available at our facility at Origins Muay Thai. Orders placed online are typically ready for collection within 24 hours. Customers will be notified via email once their order is available for pickup.
RETURNS:
At Origins Fight Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. mouthguards, groin guards, or used apparel) cannot be returned.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent.
- For size exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
